Mr. Pardeep Madan

Managing Director

Mr. Pradeep Madan’s journey is a true reflection of what vision, dedication, and perseverance can create.

Born in the humble town of Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh, Mr. Pradeep Madan grew up with big dreams and an unshakable determination to build something meaningful—not just for himself, but for the people and communities around him.

After earning his degree in Civil Engineering from SGSITS, Indore, he began his professional journey as a Government Officer with the Madhya Pradesh Government, where he gained invaluable experience in infrastructure development and public service. However, his entrepreneurial spirit soon led him to establish his own consultancy and construction firm. Over the years, he successfully delivered a diverse range of projects across the state—roads, dams, industrial works, and townships—each one a testament to his technical expertise, integrity, and commitment to quality.

With over 38 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Pradeep Madan transitioned into real estate development, choosing Indore as the foundation for his vision. What began as a dream has today evolved into GDM Infra & Realty—a name synonymous with trust, quality, and commitment.

Mr. Siddhant Madan

Managing Partner

Coming from a family with three generations in the construction and real estate industry, Mr. Siddhant Madan’s fascination with architecture and building processes began early in life. Frequent visits to project sites during his childhood shaped a natural curiosity that later evolved into a purposeful career in real estate and infrastructure development.

After completing his B.E. in Civil Engineering from IPS Academy, Indore, he moved to Mumbai to pursue a Diploma in Real Estate Business Management and Finance from the Real Estate Management Institute (REMI). He further advanced his professional journey by completing a PGDM in Family Managed Business from SP Jain School of Global Management, Mumbai, and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, Boston (USA). To strengthen his strategic and leadership skills, he also undertook the Business Mastery Program at Business Coaching India under the guidance of Mr. Rahul Jain.

At GDM Infra & Realty, Siddhant leads key functions including resource acquisition, on-site execution, budgeting, planning, and project delivery. Under his leadership, the firm is presently developing over 1 million sq. ft. of projects across various sectors — from plotted developments, villas, and duplexes to commercial and industrial constructions.

With a 34-year legacy of excellence behind the firm, Siddhant aims to bring revolutionary change to the real estate sector by introducing technological innovations, process transparency, and thought-driven infrastructure development.
