The “extra room” isn’t a luxury anymore; it’s a requirement.

Then there is the shift toward conscious quality. Buyers today are educated. When a client walks into our office at The One40 Building, they don’t just ask about the price. They ask about the fittings—are we using Astral pipes? Is the wiring RR Kabel or Finolex? Are the paints eco-friendly?

We love this change. It keeps builders on their toes. It means that using premium brands like Jaquar, UltraTech, and Asian Paints isn’t just about durability; it’s about meeting a standard that homeowners now expect and demand.

Finally, we are seeing a return to nature and ventilation. For a while, construction was all about sealing everything in glass and running the AC. Now, whether we are building in Limbodi or Barwani, the focus is back on airflow, natural light, and green pockets. A modern development isn’t one that fights the environment; it’s one that works with it.
